“This program helped me think about my responsibility and place in not just this country, but in the world. I loved the environment that the professors cultivated, often sitting around a singular table discussing our ideas, making me excited to come to class each week. This program allowed me to explore different aspects of society, some that I have never thought about such as gender and sexuality in global contexts or cyber society. I also was able to build upon my previous studies and passions, including race and inequality. I feel more prepared not just as a professional in today’s society, but as a human being. I always felt fully supported and encouraged by the professors in the program. ”
